Where to charge an electric car?

Many people are opting out of buying an electric car for fear of not being able to find a conveniently located charging station on the road.
A new EU directive is expected to secure electric vehicle charging infrastructure and encourage drivers to switch to electromobility.
How?
Developers, owners of residential and non-residential buildings will have to ensure that charging stations are installed at properties they own - The requirement will cover newly constructed buildings as well as retrofitted ones.
