Poland is considering the introduction of the so-called virtual prosumer, which means that everyone, regardless of whether they have the relevant technical capacity, could invest in photovoltaics.
The concept assumes that energy producers could even be entities (companies and persons) which do not have a property where they could build their own renewable energy source.
Earlier this year such a possibility was implemented by Lithuania - and quite successfully.
Most probably we will see the same in Poland, sooner or later, as this solution is beneficial for the authorities, the society, and the environment alike.
