Residents of blocks of flats and big cities could invest in photovoltaics

Poland is considering the introduction of the concept of a so-called virtual prosumer, meaning that each of us, regardless of whether we have the technical ability to do so, could invest in photovoltaics.
It assumes that even those entities (companies and individuals) that have no place to build their own RES source can become energy producers.
Earlier this year, such a possibility was already implemented by Lithuania - with considerable success
This is likely to happen in Poland sooner rather than later, as it is a win-win for the government, society and the environment.
